I also have some dehydrated food for two days (700g), musli and protein bars + electrolyte tablets and powder to make isotopic drinks. Of course green tea!
For clothing just two T-shirts, water proof jacket and pants, puffy vest, 2 pairs of socks, two light shorts. Originally I wanted to take also fleece and one extra pair of warm socks, but left it behind.
Then I have phone+cables, book reader, map, running watch, sun screen, cream for feet, first aid kit, poncho, hygiene stuff, knife, ... If i forgot something, I'll add it later for reference.
The whole backpack, including 2l of water and poles is 9kg. Uff. That's quite a lot.
